We have a new challenge at FANOX, a WABTEC Company, so we want to hire someone to work in the Finance Department at the Bizkaia Technology Park. It is an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a consolidated and constantly growing multinational company.

What do you do daily?

  • Control of accounting and preparation of audited annual accounts
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and financial processes that optimize company management.
  • Cash flow control: customer collections/supplier payments. Treasury forecasts.
  • Supervise the preparation of budgets and forecasts by the company’s different departments and their control throughout the fiscal period.
  • Relations with Banks, Shareholders, and External Advisors.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and financial processes that optimize company management.
  • Regulatory compliance: fiscal, social, and commercial.
  • Risk management: insurance, customer risk policy, etc.
  • Applications and economic justifications for subsidies.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Degree in Business Administration or Economics, preferably with a financial MBA.
  • Specific knowledge in financial analysis, local and global regulations, ERP, office automation, and specific Administration programs.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a production department in an industrial environment.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
