Fanox winner of one of the best supplier awards of Iberdrola 2017

Winner of the “Team Supplier of the Year” in Iberdrola.

Fanox Electronic has won an award in the Best Team Supplier category in the Supplier of the Year Awards 2017 in Spain. This award is very important for Fanox if we remember that Iberdrola ‘s annual purchasing spend is worth around 7.500 million from around 18,000 suppliers around the world. In Spain alone it spent 1,700 million in 2016 on orders from over 5,000 suppliers.

At the presentation of the award to Daniel Herrero, the Managing Director of Fanox, Iberdrola emphasized his experience with Fanox saying that “Iberdrola has recognized” the achievements of FANOX, the quality of its products and its excellent service.”

This event is held every year and aims “to promote and to recognize suppliers’ commitment to employment for women and young people, respect for the environment, innovation and technological development, social responsibility, internationalization, equality and diversity and the prevention of risk at work.”.

Fanox specializes in the design and manufacture of protective equipment (relays) and control and communication equipment for the electrical sector enjoying an international reputation. It has been recognized by Iberdrola for its excellent quality and service in the supply of middle voltage monitoring equipment and current transformers during the
STAR Project. This project is a world pioneer in the deployment of smart networks, the automation of transformer centres and the roll-out of smart meters.
